Mix all the ingredients well and add 1-2 tsp. water to make it moist so that it can be easily filled inside paratha.
Take paratha dough and divide it into small portions, roll them into a ball, and flatten them gently using your fingers.
Take a spoonful of sattu mixture and place it in the middle of flatten dough. Enfold it and remove the excess dough.
Then, roll out the ball into a disc with rolling pin. Now, place a tawa or a flat pan on a medium flame to heat. Put the paratha on tawa and drizzle oil with a spoon on the paratha and the sides.
Cook it on the first side until you see brown patches on it. Flip it to cook it another side.
