Sabudana thalipeeth is special made on the time of vrat and religion fasting.It is Sabudana different recipe.I am sure you will love this dish.

Ingredients to Cook Sabudana Thalipeeth
- Soaked sabudana/sago 1 cup
- Boiled Potato 1 small
- Rajgiri flour 1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp – Peanuts
- 2 – Green chillies
- 1/3 tsp – grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp – buttermilk
- 2 tbsp – fresh coriander
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- 2 tsp – oil
Process of making Sabudana Thalipeeth
Take 3/4 cup of water in a bowl and add 1/2 Cup of Sabudana and let it soak Overnight.
Now Chop 2 Green Chilli and 2 tablespoon Coriander and 1 boiled mashed Potatoes .
Take a pan or microwave and roast 2 tablespoon dry peanuts for 3 to 4 minutes then rub it with your hands and remove the skin of peanuts.
Grind the peanuts in a mixer and make coarse powder.
Add Mashed Potatoes, Sabudana, Coriander, chopped green chillies, peanut powder,1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon Pepper powder or chilli powder and two tablespoon oil and mix it properly
Mix the mixture well by add 3 tablespoon of buttermilk and make a dough.
Take a Non stick pan and heat up on medium flame and make medium size ball from the dough and keep on the griddle.
With the help of the ladle press the dough and spread it on pan.you can also make small balls and keep between 2 greased plastic sheet and roll to make paratha.
Place on a non-stick tawa and make three holes on it and pour few drops of oil or ghee in the holes. Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Turn to other side , drizzle some oil and cover and cook again for 3-4 minutes.
Your Saboodana Thalipeeth is ready. Serve Hot.
