Step 1: Wash the Chilies and clean with a dry Cloth and make sure there is no moisture.
Step 2: Cut chilies them in small Pieces (1 Inch Pieces) 1.5 cup chopped green chillies and keep it a side.
Step 3: Grind the 6 tablespoon Mustard seed coarsely (You can use any one Yellow or Black Mustard seeds)
Step 4: Now add chopped Green Chilies and Mustard seed powder and 3 tablespoon Rock Salt in a clean Glass Jar.
Step 5: Now Close the Glass Jar and mix it properly with the help of spoon and keep it in sunlight for 2 to 3 days.If the Climate is to hot keep it for 1 to 2 days if there is no sunlight keep it in dry place.
Step 6: On the 2 or 3 days all the moisture will be gone then take 6 lemon and extract 6 Lemon Juice and pour in the Glass jar .
Step 7: Now with the help of the spoon mix 2 teaspoon turmeric powder in the glass jar properly.
Step 8: Again you have to keep the jar in sunlight for 1 to 2 days and shake the jar after one day.
Step 9: You will see the Pickle color will change, make sure there is no moisture .
Step 10: Now the final step, heat the 1 cup Mustard oil and keep it a side to let it get cool ( You can also use Sunflower or Peanut Oil) While it is light warm pour the oil in the glass jar
Step 11: Now Close the Glass jar and Keep it at Room Temperature for 4 to 5 days.Now your Pickle is ready.Once the pickle is ready keep it in the fridge and have enjoy with Bread Roti Pulao. green chilli Pickle Last for 3 to 4 Months
