Ingredients for Fettuccine Alfredo
- Butter 4 to 5 tablespoon
- Cream cheese 1 tablespoon
- Cream 1.5 cups
- Garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
- Fettuccine 300 grams
How to make Fettuccine Alfredo pasta
Take a large pot, add water and salt, bring it to boil. Add pasta to cook. Don’t overcook the pasta. Once done, reserve half cup of pasta water and drain the remaining.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, take saucepan on a medium flame and add butter to melt. When the butter melts down, add cream cheese to butter and stir to soften it fast.
When the cream cheese turns soft then add heavy cream. Mix the ingredients well. Make sure to keep the flame in between medium to low else the ingredients might get stick to the pan.
