Let’s Start the Process to Make Eggless Chocolate Marzipan
Step 1: Take a Blender and add 2 cup Cashew nuts and 1/4 cup of water and make a smooth paste and keep it a side.
Step 2: Now heat the pan and add 2 cup sugar and 10 tablespoon water to it until the sugar get dissolved.
Step 3: Add the Cashews paste in above pan and mix it properly.
Step 4: Now add 2 tablespoon Vanilla powder and 2 tablespoon cocoa powder and mix it properly until it becomes thick fine paste.
Step 5: Once it become thick paste pour in moulds.
Step 6: Now make the shape which ever shape you like to want for example you can make it like laddu’s or designer chocolate shape and keep it a side to cool down.
Step 7: Next roll them on desiccated coconut.
